Clayton Hotel Birmingham has a purpose-built conference floor offering high-quality meeting rooms, a dedicated conference lounge and an impressive balcony area.

Our space is perfectly designed for you to have your meeting in comfort with all amenities on one floor.

 

Meeting Rooms


Our purpose-built conference floor is the perfect place for you to host your event. We have two meeting rooms that can cater up to 140 guests and can both divide into two which create a number of flexible spaces, with the addition of 5 further boardrooms all on the same floor you can choose the space to fit your exact requirements.

Business Lounge & Facilities


There is a dedicated Business lounge serving inclusive drinks and snacks throughout the day. Our conference facilities are equipped with modern technology to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible.

 

Rates


All-inclusive Daily Delegate and Residential Bespoke Rates are available, depending on the nature of your event. On the day a selection of refreshments & choice of working or buffet lunches can be provided. Our dedicated events team will support every attention to detail, to ensure your meeting or event runs smoothly.

Rates include hire of your meeting room, unlimited refreshments in our comfortable Business Lounge, conference lunch and technology support such as AV equipment including data projector, HD screens, wireless AMX controller for heating, lighting, sound and presentation.

Rates fluctuate subject to availability and time of year. If you are working to a set budget and your dates are flexible we will do everything we can to meet your requirements.

 

Day Delegate Rates


Day Delegate rates start from £40.00 and 24-hour residential rates start from £160.

Day Delegate rates include meeting room hire, unlimited refreshments, lunch, AV equipment including screen, projector, HD screens, wireless AMX controller for heating, lighting, sound and presentation.

24 Hour Rate includes the Day Delegate Package, overnight accommodation and dinner (private dinner supplements may apply).

 

Meeting Room 1 & 2


Our meeting room 1 & 2 also holds Birmingham’s best-kept secret, this room has bi-fold doors which open onto a private terrace area. This space is ideal for delegates to take an afternoon tea/coffee break in the sunshine, host a drinks reception or a BBQ to make your event extra special.

Exclusive use of the conference floor is subject to a fee if all rooms are not hired.

 

Grill Private Dining Room


Our intimate private dining room is perfect for 10 to 22 guests. Located within the Grill restaurant it gives that private option along with a feeling of being part of the buzzing atmosphere.
