Our hotel is located on the east side of Birmingham city centre, easily accessible by road or rail and is the perfect base to explore Birmingham.

Check-in time is from 3.00pm.

Check-out time: 11.00am.

We cannot always guarantee an early check-in. Please give us a call on +44 121 726 3200 prior to your stay and we will do our best to help out.

You can store your luggage free of charge at Reception.

Direct bookings made through Clayton Hotel Birmingham website guarantee the lowest possible rates. Join Click on Clayton to save an additional £10 per room per night.

If you don’t arrive at the hotel, the first night’s room rate will be charged in full. On a Flexible Rate booking the cancellation policy is 2.00pm the day before you arrive. Let us know in as soon as you know and we will assist you with any further information.

We don’t have a swimming pool but our fitness suite can be found just off the lobby and can be used by all in-house guests.

Cots are supplied free of charge, just mention when you are booking or prior to stay and we can help you with that.

All of our rooms have pretty much everything you will need for your stay – complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and tea & coffee making facilities. If there is anything you cannot find, please ring Reception and we will be more than happy to help.

We have a strict no-smoking policy in all of our guestrooms but we do have an outdoor terrace area available to all guests.

We have a late-night room service menu that is available 24/7.
