Our hotel is located on the east side of Birmingham City Centre. The City Centre location makes it easily accessible by road or rail and is the perfect base to explore Birmingham.
If you are arriving by train then you can easily walk in about two minutes from Moor Street station or ten minutes from New Street station; taxis are available outside the stations also.
We are 10 to 15 minutes on a direct train to New Street Station from Birmingham International Airport and there are trains approximately four each hour.
There are two options for off-site overnight car parking:
Option 1: Moor Street Selfridges – 4 minutes’ walk from the hotel, special guest rate of £14.00 per 24 hours (please validate your carpark ticket at reception to receive the discounted rate).
Option 2: NCP Car Park, High St, Dale End – 5.00am – 12.00am daily. 2-minute walk from the hotel.
Option 3: Millennium Point Car Park, Howe Street, B4 7AP, open 24 hours, except Christmas Day.
We also have a drop-off area outside the hotel, on Masshouse Lane, in case you need to drop your luggage before parking your car.

Check-out time: 11.00am.

If you don’t arrive at the hotel, the first night’s room rate will be charged in full. On a Flexible Rate booking the cancellation policy is 2.00pm the day before you arrive. Let us know in as soon as you know and we will assist you with any further information.

We don’t have a swimming pool but our fitness suite can be found just off the lobby and can be used by all in-house guests.
Cots are supplied free of charge, just mention when you are booking or prior to stay and we can help you with that.
All of our rooms have pretty much everything you will need for your stay – complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and tea & coffee making facilities. If there is anything you cannot find, please ring Reception and we will be more than happy to help.
We have 10 accessible rooms available, they are specifically designed for all accessible needs including a larger sized room with wider doors, lower switches and wet room showers.
We have a strict no-smoking policy in all of our guestrooms but we do have an outdoor terrace area available to all guests.
